To see your personal benefits information, enter your User ID and password in the top left box.

• User ID: Employee Number + 613
• Example: 000000050613

• Password: Your initial password will be the last 4 digits of your Employee Number
• Example: 000000050 = 0050

You will be prompted to change your password the first time you sign in.

If you forget your password, you can press "forgot password" or contact 1-866-922-1899.

*After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked and you must contact 1-866-922-1899 during regular business hours to unlock your account.
